SEU offers Office 365 to all active SEU users with an SEU email account for free. To register for Office 365, you must contact SEU’s IT department and request to have Office 365 set up for you. You can make this request via three different routes.

 

1.     Option 1: Email helpdesk@seu.edu to request an account.

a.     The subject line should state “Microsoft Office 365” so IT knows what the email is requesting.

b.     Add a brief description to the email requesting access.


c.     Your ticket will be sent to the IT HelpDesk. A confirmation of this request (including a ticket number) will be emailed to your SEU email account.

2.     Option 2: Call the IT HelpDesk at 863-667-5028 to request an account.

3.     Option 3: If on the main campus, you can stop by the IT Mod (Mod 11, located behind the Student Activities/Wrestling Center) to request an account.
