Brainfuse is a free online
tutoring service that students can access through MyFire. Leap is one of the
many tools that Brainfuse offers. It creates customized study plans for
students to improve in various subjects. Students will simply complete a test to
create a personalized study plan to master content in specific topics. The
following tutorial demonstrates how to access the Leap academic tool.
1. Navigate to seu.onelogin.com/portal and log into your
account.
2. Select the MyFIRE icon within your Southeastern
dashboard.
3. You will be redirected to the MyFIRE user homepage.
If directions are needed on how to navigate through the homepage, refer to the user homepage instructions.
4. Select Need Help from the navigation bar.
5. Select Online Tutoring: Brainfuse from the drop-down
menu.
6. The Brainfuse Homepage will appear.
7. Scroll down on the main page to see the Brainfuse
academic tools.
8. Select the Leap Learning Platform tile.
9. Once in Leap, there are various courses that students can
take based on their learning needs. Select the title of the Leap course pertaining
to your subject area of desired improvement.
10. When the pop-up window
appears, scroll down and select Begin Test.
11. Choose the answer choices
that best answer each question.
Note: Select the calculator icon to open a four function
calculator to assist with the math problems.
12. Select next in the bottom
right corner to move on to the next question.
13. At the end of the
assessment, select view learning plan and test results to see what Leap
recommends for your personalized learning plan.
