Extensions are granted per the instructor’s discretion.
**All assignments submitted on or by the due date will be
counted towards the students’ final grade. Anything completed after the due
date will be a study/recharge attempt, and will not be counted towards the
students’ final grade. If an extension is granted, the new attempt will be
counted towards the students’ final grade (until the new date passes).
1. Navigate to the McGraw Hill Site and log in with
your SEU credentials.
2. Select the desired course from the list.
3. Select Assignments at the top of the page.
4. Locate and expand the desired folder/module.
5. Locate the desired assignment.
a. Make a note of the student’s progress for the
assessments, including whether they have completed an attempt or not.
6. Select the check box to the left of the title.
7. Scroll up (as needed) to the top of the list and
select the 3 dots on the right.
8. Select Manage Dates from the drop-down menu.
9. The page will refresh and show the dates screen.
Select the Extensions tab.
a. Ensure in bulk is selected to add an extension.
b. Ensure individually is selected to adjust an
existing extension for the selected assessment.
10. Select
the checkboxes next to the desired student(s) on the left and adjust the
extension on the right by selecting edit.
a. Note: The due date and attempts will be the
fields that will need to be adjusted the most.
11. Select Save in the bottom right-hand corner.
12. The
page will refresh and navigate back to the Assignments page.
