When
creating a gradebook, MyFIRE
provides a final calculated grade
that will adjust
as new grades are published to the
gradebook. The final calculated
grade is an
item that can be hidden from
students (unreleased) or visible
to students
(released). This tutorial
demonstrates how to release final
calculated grades
for a course in
MyFIRE.
1. Navigate
to the desired course in
MyFIRE.
2. Select
the grades tab in the
navigation
bar.
3. Select enter
grades.
4. Locate
the final calculated
grade column.
5. To the
right of the Final Calculated
Grade title, select the drop-down
arrow.
6. A
drop-down menu will appear.
Select enter
grades.
7. Ensure
that all students are listed
on a single page by
scrolling down to the bottom
of the page and locate the pagination drop-down
menu. Change the
setting to show all
students on one page.
The
options are 10, 20, 50, 100
& 200 per
page.
8. Once
all students are listed on a
single page, scroll to the top
of the page and check the select all checkbox. Once
selected,
checkmarks will appear down
the entire
classlist.
9. Select release/unrelease above
the classlist. Once
selected, checkmarks will
appear in the Released column
confirming the final
grade has been
released.
10. Select save and close at the
bottom of the
page.
