ePortfolio is a personal portfolio tool for storing, organizing, reflecting on and sharing items that represent your learning. You can include documents, graphics, audio files, videos, presentations, course work, etc. that demonstrate your improvement or mastery in a certain area. You decide what items you want to include in your ePortfolio, how you want to organize them, and who you want to share them with. The myDesire2Learn platform will look the same as the SEU MyFIRE ePortfolio tool. Additionally, all SEU email accounts will be deactivated 6 months after graduation. Therefore, you will no longer have access to your SEU email account once it has been deactivated. You will need to register with a personal email (not SEU) account. This tutorial will demonstrate how to create a myDesire2Learn account. 
Note: Each user only has 2GB space available for free. Step 1. Navigate to myDesire2Learn.com.
Step 2. Select No account yet? Register! Step 3. The page will refresh to show the account creation screen. Fill out all of the user information fields. Do not register with your SEU email account. Choose a personal account.
Step 4. Select the checkbox to agree with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Step 5. Then select submit. Step 6. Then the page will refresh and you will see an Almost Complete message.
Step 7. In a new browser window, navigate to the personal email account that you have registered with in step 3. Step 8. Locate the email from Course Catalog. Step 9. Open the email. Confirm your account registration by selecting validate your email address here. Step 10. Once your email account has been validated, navigate back to myDesire2Learn and refresh your page. Your screen will show the registration confirmation for myDesire2Learn. Step 11. Next, select log in.
Step 12. The page will then refresh to the myDesire2Learn login screen. Log in to your newly created myDesireLearn account by entering your username and password that was created in step 3. Step 13. Once logged into the system, you will be navigated to the homepage.
Step 14. Scroll down and locate Featured Courses. Step 15. Select the myDesire2Learn course tile.
Step 16. The page will refresh once again. Select the checkbox to confirm your agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Step 17. Then select enroll. Step 18. Once the enrollment has been processed, you will receive a notification message at the top of the screen.
Step 19. Then select Launch Course on the right side of the screen. Step 20. A new browser tab will open, and a pop-up window will appear. Read the welcome message. Note: EduDentity has been discontinued. Please disregard the paragraph that mentions it.
Step 21. Select close at the bottom of the pop-up window. Step 22. Once the welcome message has been closed, the myDesire2Learn page will look the same as the SEU MyFIRE ePortfolio tool.
Step 23. Congratulations! You are now ready to continue on your educational journey by continuing to build, editing, and sharing your ePortfolio.
