Face-to-Face instructors have the capability to delete
modules from the course content. This tutorial demonstrates how to delete a
module within MyFIRE.
1. Locate the desired course in MyFIRE.
2. Select the Content & Assessments tab from the
navigation bar.
3. Locate the module that needs to be deleted.
4. In the top right corner, select the three-dot
icon.
5. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Delete.
6. A pop-up window will appear. Choose the desired
type of deletion that is preferred:
a. Remove the module and all nested modules and
topics from Content but keep all associated files and activities in the course
- This option allows for the content to be restored if needed at a later date.
This option is selected by default and is the recommended selection.
b. Permanently delete and remove all nested
modules, topics, and all associated files and activities from the course - This
option permanently removes the content with no option to restore.
7. Then select Delete at the bottom of the pop-up
window.
